How long does delivery take?

Nationwide delivery — ZA only. Estimated delivery is 7–14 working days and every parcel is tracked, so you'll always know where your order is. Free shipping applies to water bottles only.

What is your returns policy?

Our 7-day return policy covers all CAROH products — bags and water bottles — that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing ckmalete@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund where applicable. Returns for change of mind, incorrect colour selection, or normal wear and tear are not accepted.

Which colours are available?

The CAROH Tote comes in three shades: Black, Brown and Purple. The Premium Mist & Fan Water Bottle comes in four: Cloud White, Blossom Pink, Mint Green and Midnight Black. You choose your colour before checkout.

How do I care for my bag or bottle?

Bags: the polyester exterior and lining wipe clean easily — spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry away from direct heat. Bottles: hand wash the bottle with warm soapy water, keep the fan and charging port dry, and do not submerge the lid unit or place it in a dishwasher.

Yes — the tote is designed to carry a laptop up to 13.3" along with your daily essentials.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email ckmalete@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
