Orders, colours, delivery or returns — send us a message and a real person will get back to you.

Returns: we offer a 7-day return policy for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ckmalete@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund where applicable. Returns for change of mind, incorrect colour selection, or normal wear and tear are not accepted.
